Receive up to $35,000 for Each Building's Energy Audit

The Ontario Power Authority (OPA) is now offering as much as 50% (up to a maximum of $35,000 per building) in incentives for energy audits on buildings through it's energy-efficiency funding program, "saveONenergy". Virtually every building in Ontario is eligible for participation.

The OPA Doesn't Conduct Energy Audits.
That's Where We Come In.

For most businesses, an energy audit will be the first step in the sustainability journey. All buildings should have an energy assessment. Only then are you able to manage your energy consumption. If you're here, an energy audit is probably something you are already considering. With the Ontario Power Authority's saveONenergy incentive program in place, now is the time to move forward. A third party energy auditor is required in order to participate in this program.

An energy audit is inherently critical to overall energy efficiency and consumption reduction practices. It has the potential to reveal countless opportunities for energy, and in turn, cost savings. With further incentives available through saveONenergy.ca, costs for equipment upgrades and other efficiency measures you choose to implement will pay for themselves much sooner. Once your energy audit has been completed, you will have the necessary data to make informed decisions on equipment purchases. The Ontario Power Authority's retrofit funding program significantly eases the burden of the initial capital costs required to implement energy-efficient measures. Take advantage of these generous incentive programs while they're available.

The Triple Bottom Line

Greater pressure is being placed on businesses to adopt an holistic operational approach, often referred to as the Triple Bottom Line or the Three Pillars (as in Planet, People, Profit). It's coming at them from all directions too: customers, stakeholders, employees.

It isn't just businesses that are effected either. Government bodies are increasingly being held accountable by their citizens and oppositions. Institutional establishments must answer to their patients and students. Apartment buildings and condominiums are pressured by their residents. The conventional wisdom suggests that the Triple Bottom Line is the path to true sustainability.

There isn't a more complete example of where an holistic approach to operations can be effectively implemented than in the areas of building operations and energy management.
