Tankless Water Heaters

Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters provide endless hot water. The tankless heater will only heat water as you need it (on demand), which can save you money on your gas bills. By owning your tankless system, you can save money otherwise spent on your current tank rental fees. In addition, tankless water heaters are very compact in comparison with conventional hot water storage tanks.

Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters come with a 12 year warranty on the heat exchanger, a 5 year warranty on other parts, and a 1 year warranty on labour. If maintained regularly, the unit should last up to 20 years.

Heat Recovery Ventilators

HRVs are excellent products for improving the comfort and air quality in your home. Heat Recovery Venitalition Units (HRV) by VanEE draw in fresh air from outside while removing stale air from inside your home. The unit recovers heat from the outgoing air and uses it to warm up incoming fresh air. It will also control humidity levels in your home.

The incredibly high temperatures generated by your furnace make short work of the water vapour in the the air. As a result, during the heating season, the air inside your home can get very dry. This can cause dry skin and nose and throat irritation...not to mention static electricity, which can damage sensitive electronic equipment. Very dry air can also damage your hardwood flooring. By connecting a humidifier to your current HVAC system, you can improve the air quality, and overall comfort, in your home. You'll most likely find yourself decreasing your thermostat set point a degree or two, as well, since humidity makes us feel warmer; and that results in energy savings.
